Job Description

Job Title: Senior Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to our young people, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.
  • Support our young people in their daily lives, including education, leisure activities, and personal development.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our care services.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's residential care home.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
  • Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations, and best practice.
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's approach to childcare, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach.
  • Aged 21 or above.
