As a key member of our back-office function, you will provide administrative support to our paraplanning team and planners, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the paraplanning team and planners, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients and providers.
- Assist with the preparation of client reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and providers, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
- Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and skills, sharing best practices and ideas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- R01, CF1, FA1 or equivalent qualifications, with a desire to further your study to obtain the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
- Experience of working within a financial services firm, with a strong understanding of the industry and its regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
