Job Role: Care Assistant

Location: Riddrie area

Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour

Shifts: Day shifts, waking nights, and sleep overs – 12hr shifts. Full-time positions available.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health is required.
  • Access to a vehicle is necessary due to the location of the role.

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients in their own homes, assist with personal care, medication, outings, and daily tasks such as shopping and housework.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans, ensuring they meet the individual needs of clients.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Caring, compassionate, and a good listener.
  • Experience with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health is essential.
  • Current PVG scheme membership and SSSC registration are required.
