Key Responsibilities:
  1. Delivering high standards of person-centred care to residents
  2. Administering medications and treatments as required
  3. Supervising care assistants and ensuring care plans are followed
  4. Working collaboratively with the wider healthcare team
  5. Maintaining accurate records and upholding professional standards
Requirements:
  1. Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC pin
  2. Compassionate, caring nature with a strong commitment to resident well-being
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills
  4. Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
