Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our Master Data Management team at AXA Group. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Master Data Management strategies and policies aligned to the company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into technical requirements, taking the lead in requirements definition and clarification when necessary.
  • Validate the feasibility and estimate the complexity of business requirements.
  • Support customers and other stakeholders in demand generation.
  • Support the Location MDM delivery team on design, development, user training, and operations with the EBX tool.
  • Report progress and performance made periodically to the Team Leader.
  • Consistently interact with the Team Leader on any business issues.
  • Regularly interact with key stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their needs related to Master Data Management and provide solutions to the business.
  • Ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level Agreements – productivity, turn-around-time, and accuracy.

Requirements

  • University Graduate with 7-10 years of experience in MDM process, data analysis/data initiatives, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong experience in MDM Design & Development with Tibco EBX tool.
  • Good knowledge of MDM implementation process.
  • Hands-on expertise required with Tibco EBX MDM tool.
  • Strong experience in EBX design and implementation of Match & Merge process.
  • Experience in Java & J2EE, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery/Angular JS, Testing framework.
  • Experience in SQL Server (SQL Server 2008 and greater) and TSQL development.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, data and process modeling, and relational database concepts.
  • Knowledge of REST API, Web Services, XML, SOAP, integration middleware such as MuleSoft, etc.
  • Knowledge of Tomcat, WebLogic, IBM WebSphere build process.
  • Knowledge of Insurance Industry and Party Data.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to analyze and identify discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Client service attitude & experience.
  • High level of data input accuracy.
