Job Title: GP Pharmacist - Clinical Leadership

We are seeking an experienced GP Pharmacist to join our team as a Clinical Leadership role. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical pharmacy leadership and expertise to our GP practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical pharmacy, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in General Practice. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the work of less experienced pharmacy professionals, providing clinical guidance and support to practice staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy leadership and expertise to GP practices
  • Lead and coordinate the work of less experienced pharmacy professionals
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to practice staff
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient services
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in General Practice
  • Certificate in Non-medical prescribing
  • Experience of using prescribing qualification in General Practice
  • Evidence of further education in clinical pharmacy
