About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PRS Recruitment. As a Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a prestigious site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large blue chip commercial office static sites.
  • Undertake fabric duties, including touching up paint work, tightening hinges, installing/repairing blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and assembling small equipment.
  • Assist with office moves, including furniture movers.
  • Assist other engineers onsite as required.
  • Replace floor tiles (carpet ceramic) and suspended ceiling tiles, and clean ceiling grilles.
Requirements
  • City & Guilds– Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc).
  • Good communication skills.
