About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Sizewell C, a major nuclear new build project in the UK. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a section of the site, within budget and on schedule, to support the successful build of the project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage on-site project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project objectives and milestones.
  • Implement best practices in project management to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth project progression.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, major complex projects (value size approx £18 mil plus).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in the energy or construction sector.
  • Experience with NEC contracts with multiprogram construction background.
  • NCE 3 /4 or Construction qualifications or other relevant memberships.
