Bid Writer

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Writer to join our Bid and Technical team at Bidrecruitment. As a Bid Writer, you will play a crucial role in supporting and leading on our tender process, working closely with our team to develop and submit high-quality bids to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the development and submission of bids to clients, ensuring all necessary information is included and deadlines are met.
- Proofread, edit, and re-write bid content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Utilize online portals (OJEU) and other submission methods to submit bids.
- Collaborate with the Bid and Technical team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Access and InDesign.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong understanding of the tender process.
- Knowledge of business development and proposal writing principles.
