About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bid Writer to join our growing maintenance and high-end decorating firm. As a Bid Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality bid content, proofreading, editing, and rewriting bid documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's services and offerings
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop bid strategies and proposals
  • Write and edit bid content, including technical specifications and commercial documents
  • Ensure all bid content is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with online portals and submission methods, such as OJEU
