Job Responsibilities
  • Delivering Care Plans: Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients
  • Monitoring Vital Signs: Regularly check patients' vital signs and report any concerns
  • Carrying Out Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop care plans accordingly
  • Liaising with Other Team Members: Work closely with doctors, senior nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Observing Patient Condition: Monitor patients' condition and record any changes or concerns
  • Administering Medications: Safely administer medications to patients as prescribed
  • Communicating with Patients and Families: Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients and their families
Requirements
  • NMC Registration: Current and unrestricted NMC registration
  • UK Experience: 6 months of paid experience in the UK
  • Right to Work: Right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • English Language Skills: Good standard of English and ability to communicate effectively
