We are in search of a dedicated social worker to become a vital member of our Family Connections Team, focusing on the evaluation and support of connected persons foster carers. Our team is essential in promoting a family-centered approach, as we recognize that children flourish when placed within their familial networks, provided that this is executed safely and with the necessary support.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the number of children in care who are placed with relatives or friends. By joining our team, you will be part of a committed group that strives to deliver exceptional support to connected persons carers and special guardians.
