The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of financial services complaint handling experience, business banking product experience, and knowledge of FCA and FOS regulations surrounding complaints. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a commitment to work at the client's office in Bristol, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service, we encourage you to apply. You will be working in a hybrid environment, with the opportunity to work from home after induction training. The role is available on an initial 5-month contract, with the possibility of extension. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00. You will have access to in-house databases and will be required to navigate them effectively.
