Position Overview:

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cloud strategies for our clients. This position is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong foundation in both cloud and traditional infrastructure solutions.

Location:
This is a fully remote position with occasional travel for client engagements.

Compensation:
Competitive salary up to £48k annually, along with performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and customization of cloud-based solutions.
  • Assist in the sales process by aligning hospitality solutions with client requirements.
  • Manage modification requests for existing cloud infrastructures.
  • Provide advanced support for managed services, projects, and field engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and conduct internal training sessions.
  • Foster and maintain essential partnerships with key IT systems, implementing automation where feasible.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Provide consultancy services and ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Significant experience in cloud and traditional infrastructure technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of wireless systems and network architecture.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a 3rd Line support role with a robust technical background.
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
  • A demonstrated commitment to teamwork, integrity, and continuous professional development.
  • Enthusiasm for process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration.
