Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our operations team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical facilities infrastructure as part of a close-knit team delivering best-in-class service to our data center customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site inspections and monitor building and IBX (data center) alarms to ensure optimal facility operations.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance on site infrastructure is run or handled by vendors with oversight, and maintain repairs and run corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • Prepare and carry out planned maintenance, complete site logs and data gathering for permits, and complete basic work requests and circuit installations.
  • Participate in ongoing infrastructure projects and carry out small works projects, such as electrical and mechanical repairs.
Requirements
  • ONC/BTEC/NVQ or equivalent qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Clean UK Driving licence.
