Job Title: Communications Executive - 12 Month FTC

Location: London, Bexhill or Leicester (hybrid, one day per week on site)

Job Summary: We're seeking a Communications Executive to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and document communication requirements needed to create a great Hastings Direct customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Claims' Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, Legal, Copy, User Testing, and customer service representatives to gather information and document communication requirements.
  • Work with Claims Process leads to review As-Is and To-Be process maps.
  • Identify opportunities for communication improvements and develop strategies to streamline transactional communication workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to transactional communications and implement them within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Existing knowledge of Claims Insurance processes and terminology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in creating clear, concise, and logical communications in written form.
