We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CX Team Member. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, recommendations, and promotions
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and releases
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a positive in-store experience
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of retail experience
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm and a passion for athletic products
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
