About the Role

We're seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Retail Associate, you'll be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a treasure hunt experience for our customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store display.
