Role Overview:
As an Audio Visual Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality entertainment through technical support and stage management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch technical and stage support for various entertainment events.
- Ensure the continuous quality of technical delivery and support onstage productions.
- Collaborate with the support team and national suppliers to resolve any technical issues.
- Manage QLab, lighting, and sound systems effectively.
- Report directly to the Entertainment Team Manager to maintain high standards in technical and stage provisions.
- Assist with artist meet & greets, sound checks, and setups.
- Deliver engaging daytime and evening entertainment, including DJing and making announcements.
- Interact with holidaymakers and owners to enhance their experience.
- Occasionally perform as a front-of-house cast member when business needs arise.

Experience and Qualifications:
While we provide the necessary training and support, the ideal candidate will:
- Have a genuine passion for technical aspects and a desire to gain further experience.
- Previous experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
