Entertainment Team Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Entertainment Team Manager to join our team at Haven Holidays. As an Entertainment Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of entertainers and delivering a high-quality entertainment experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of entertainers to deliver a contemporary line-up of activities and live events
  • Develop and implement entertainment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with the park Head of Activities to ensure seamless delivery of entertainment services
  • Engage and inspire team members to achieve targets and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the organization, logistics, and daily delivery of entertainment services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership capacity within the entertainment industry
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate events and activities
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership attributes
  • Ability to cope under pressure and adapt to changes
  • High-energy individual with a passion for entertaining
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
