We provide both full-time and part-time roles within our organization, promoting flexible working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with personal care, including hygiene, nutrition, and continence needs.
  • Support patients in mobilizing as appropriate.
  • Measure and document vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, and report any irregularities to the supervising nurse.
  • Conduct specimen testing and accurately record results.
  • Under the guidance of a qualified nurse, ensure patient comfort and safety during clinical procedures.
  • Restock departmental supplies as needed and notify the Nurse in Charge or Ward Manager of any shortages.

Detailed Job Responsibilities

  • Previous experience in healthcare or care roles is not required; however, enthusiasm, commitment, and a compassionate attitude towards patient care are essential.
  • A willingness to complete all necessary training, including the Care Certificate, if applicable.

Desirable Qualifications

  • NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent in a healthcare-related field at Level 3.
  • National Care Certificate.
  • GCSE passes in Maths and English at grade D or above.
  • Prior experience in care settings.
