We are seeking a skilled TSSU professional to enhance our dedicated Theatre team on a flexible schedule. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members to ensure the provision of sterile services to the operating theatre and ODP, overseeing the assembly of instrument sets using hospital management systems, coordinating with suppliers for precise check sheets, and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to deliver sterile services to the operating theatre and ODP
  • Oversee the assembly of instrument sets utilizing hospital management systems
  • Implement stock rotation using FIFO methodology to reduce the risk of outdated instrument sets
  • Coordinate with suppliers for accurate check sheets
  • Facilitate all reasonable requests for urgent deliveries
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the instrument/sets room
  • Execute your duties in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Communicate with IHSS regarding any issues or concerns
  • Document all processed instrument sets and individual items
  • Engage with instrument repair services as necessary

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written, numerical, and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong numerical aptitude
  • Proficient in PC applications, particularly the MS Office suite
  • Ability to adapt and respond to business needs
  • Demonstrated customer service expertise
  • Proven capability to work effectively within a team setting
