Job Overview

G2 Legal is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our commercial contracts team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our business units, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide legal advice and guidance on commercial contracts, ensuring that all agreements are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external clients, ensuring that our business interests are protected.
  3. Review and draft contracts, ensuring that all necessary clauses are included and that the contracts are enforceable.
  4. Ensure that all corporate matters are conducted in accordance with our procedures, ensuring that our business is run in a transparent and accountable manner.
  5. Provide advice on commercial risk to internal clients, ensuring that they are aware of potential risks and can take steps to mitigate them.

Requirements

  1. A qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE, specializing in commercial contracts on a UK and European level.
  2. Experience of working in a pressured environment and delivering projects to timescales.
