Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide legal guidance and support to our clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with external clients, leveraging your expertise in commercial contracts.
  3. Review and draft contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with our organisation's procedures.
  4. Manage corporate matters, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with our procedures.
  5. Offer advice on contracts and commercial risk to internal clients, helping them make informed decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. A qualified Solicitor with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience, specialising in Commercial Contracts on a UK and European level.
  2. Experience working in a pressured environment, delivering projects to tight deadlines.
