Position Overview:

  • Directly reporting to the Senior Lettings Supervisor within the office
  • Identifying profitable business prospects and autonomously generating appointments
  • Contributing to exceeding branch objectives for property evaluations, instructions, lettings, and other essential performance metrics aligned with the branch's strategic goals
  • Conducting thorough Market Evaluations and securing instructions in line with the company's standard conversion metrics
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings while overseeing the letting process
  • Maintaining and updating a precise applicant database
  • Regularly communicating with Landlords and applicants, ensuring all interactions are documented
  • Guiding clients through the letting process with efficiency
  • Supporting initiatives for business growth
  • Managing various administrative tasks as needed
  • Building rapport, establishing trust, and fostering long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborating effectively with all departments and referring business when necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic attitude
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Motivation to meet and exceed targets
  • Self-driven with a proactive approach and a keen attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient in arithmetic and English
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license
