Job Title: Ballet Coach Position

Job Summary:

Millfield School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Ballet Coach to provide expert RAD Ballet instruction as an integral component of the Millfield Dance Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach across all age groups from year 9 to 13 with a particular focus on advanced ballet students.
  • Provide detailed knowledge and a passion for ballet in education to inspire and engage students in Classical and Contemporary Ballet.
  • Deliver 8 hours of ballet sessions per week, including Wednesday afternoons and one lunchtime session.
  • Work collaboratively with the Millfield Dance Programme team to maintain the school's reputation for sporting brilliance.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified and experienced RAD Ballet Teacher.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students in Classical and Contemporary Ballet.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work term-time only with some flexibility in days worked.
