We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at the University of Oxford. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our staff, students, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Fire Risk Assessment program across the University, utilizing a suite of bespoke templates built upon PAS-79.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of our fire safety measures and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Create retrospective Fire Strategies to enable ongoing management of fire safety, gathering and collating fire safety information for a wide mix of buildings.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety laws, trends, and best practices, attending training, meetings, and conferences to bring new ideas to the table.

Requirements:
