We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Part-Time Community Home Helpers. This role is ideal for those who have a wealth of life experience and want to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly adults in their homes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide companionship and engaging conversation, drawing upon your life experiences to create meaningful connections with clients.
  • Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands, helping clients maintain their independence.
  • Offer support with personal care in a respectful and dignified manner, ensuring the well-being of our clients.
  • Encourage and facilitate physical activities and exercises to promote mobility and overall health.
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with mobility needs, ensuring clients receive the necessary support.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events, offering transportation when needed, fostering a sense of community and connection.
