Lead Radiology Department Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Radiology Department Assistant to join our team at The Harley Street Clinic, a leading provider of complex care services in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Radiology Departmental Assistant team, ensuring adequate training and development of all staff members.
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the Ultrasound department, including patients and consultant users.
  • Chaperone Ultrasound scans and assist consultants with reports, patient monitoring, and other tasks.
  • Answer all emails and telephone enquiries, referring where appropriate.
  • Support interventional radiology procedures in ultrasound.
  • Maintain Ultrasound stock control in the department and work closely with the other Radiology Department Lead to support the Harley Street Campus ultrasound needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous hospital healthcare experience is desirable.
  • Radiology department experience is also desirable.
  • Ability to be flexible with working patterns.
  • Competent IT user, including Word and Excel.
