Reporting directly to the Senior Proposal Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the comprehensive process of creating and delivering proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials. Ensure that all outputs are customized, strategic, and consistent with the firm's branding.
- Collaborating closely with partners and senior executives to devise successful strategies for each proposal, pinpointing key differentiators and themes that resonate with potential clients.
- Composing, revising, and finalizing high-quality proposal documents, ensuring precision and uniformity. Manage the development of supplementary materials such as case studies and informational placemats.
- Engaging with various departments, including practice groups, marketing, and business development teams, to collect essential information and insights for proposals.
- Continuously enhance and optimize the proposal process, templates, and content libraries to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in legal or professional services marketing, exceptional project management capabilities, and a demonstrated track record of producing high-quality proposal materials.
