Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in the North of England, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales and build strong customer relationships within the designated territory
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales cycle to maximize sales potential
  • Identify and manage key accounts
  • Conduct on-site sales visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, follow system processes, and use the system to support sales development
  • Assist with marketing activities, participate in sales and training videos and webinars, and report on competitor activity and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Organic/Medicinal/Scale-up and Process Chemists in Pharmaceutical, CRO, Biotech, BioPharma, Research, and Chemical organizations
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • BSc or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Full UK driving license
