Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related processes and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality-related topics and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance/control, with a strong background in developing QMS and working with inspection/testing/product conformity.
  • Strong knowledge of quality principles and their application to business protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and determine courses of action.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
