Job Description

Job Title: Head of Project Quality

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Project Quality to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our projects and developing and implementing quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that project teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure that projects are meeting quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure that their quality requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum four years' experience in quality control or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
