We are seeking a highly skilled Investment and Asset Valuation Expert to join our team at Higher Capital Consulting. This is a rare opportunity to work with one of London's most highly regarded Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) firms.

About the Role:

  • Assist in the evaluation and execution of potential real estate acquisitions, including equity and debt investments.
  • Model complex cash flows, research real estate markets, public equity and debt opportunities.
  • Contribute to asset management, including business plan development and exit strategy planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year and maximum 2 years of experience in real estate and/or Investment Banking or from a Big 4 accountancy firm.
  • Graduate from a top university.
  • Superior analytical, quantitative and technical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.
