About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team at Lincolnshire Housing Partnership. As a key member of our Customer Directorate, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and involvement across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to promote customer involvement and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with managers across the organisation to embed meaningful customer involvement and ensure customer views shape our services and strategy.
  • Design and deliver innovative activities to provide customers with opportunities to influence our services, strategy, and policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, customer groups, and stakeholders to promote partnership working and social mobility.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory and legislative developments and ensure our services comply with relevant standards.
