Job Title: Data Management Specialist

UK Management College is seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to lead our BA (Hons) Sociology and Criminology with Foundation Year program. As a key member of our academic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our program, driving student success, and academic integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide visionary leadership in the planning, management, and enhancement of the BA (Hons) Sociology and Criminology program, including the Foundation Year.
  • Ensure the alignment of the curriculum with current academic standards, emerging trends, and accreditation requirements.
  • Cultivate partnerships with local communities, law enforcement agencies, NGOs, and other relevant organizations to provide students with real-world experience and applied learning opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of UKMC's strategic plans, particularly as they relate to sociology, criminology, and social sciences programs.
Requirements:
  • A doctoral degree (PhD) in Sociology, Criminology, or a related social science field from an accredited institution.
  • Substantial experience in academic leadership roles, preferably in sociology, criminology, or a related social science discipline.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, quality assurance, and program management.
