About the Role

We are seeking an experienced District Nurse to join our team as a Deputy District Nursing Sister. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Clinical Futures Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy District Nursing Sister, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical advice and teaching to less experienced staff. You will also be required to undertake managerial responsibilities, including day-to-day and operational management of the team.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have significant experience of community nursing and hold the Community Specialist Practitioner Qualification. You will also need to be able to work autonomously and flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
