Job Description

Overview

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team, responsible for providing advisory services to clients in the talent acquisition and external workforce space.
  • As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of a global team that provides innovative solutions to clients, leveraging our expertise in talent acquisition, procurement, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead point of contact for clients, representing Allegis Global Solutions from project kick-off to closure.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business requirements and design optimal technical and service solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including RFx responses, presenting at business development pitches, and conducting solution design.

Research and Analysis

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify business process improvements and technology solutions.
  • Gain insight into client requirements and business needs, conducting workshops and surveys to validate requirements.
  • Oversee data collection, analysis, and solution design phases.

Service and Technology Design

  • Design and recommend solutions that improve the user experience.
  • Recommend technology solutions, including ATS, CRM, Search and Match, AI and Automation, Scheduling and Marketing tools.

Product Development

  • Contribute to the development of the Advisory Practice by developing playbooks, methodologies, and toolsets.
  • Identify best practices from the market and work with leadership to meet and exceed these benchmarks.

Market Analysis

  • Research and document industry trends and technologies.
  • Provide consultation on technology best practices and trends.

Project Management

  • Provide project leadership on advisory projects and manage resourcing and work allocation.

Commercial

  • Ensure each project meets profit margin targets.

Technology

  • Analyze clients' business and technical challenges and design comprehensive solutions.
  • Provide consultation to internal and external leadership on technology best practices and trends.

Sales and Expansions

  • Identify opportunities for advisory projects to support clients on their Worktech digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking, relationship management, and driving change adoption.
  • Demonstrated experience in research, advising, and leading consensus building and influencing.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and using consulting frameworks and methodologies.
  • A sound understanding of emerging talent technology solutions and trends.
  • Demonstrated track record of continuous learning.
  • Ability to solve technical and business problems and effectively present conceptual information.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
  • Advanced in leading client discussions and driving project teams to decision consensus.
  • Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management and/or collaboration tools.
  • Ability to travel globally, up to 25-50%.
