Job Title: Financial Analyst Trainee

Join Raby Estates as a Financial Analyst Trainee and take the first step in your career as a management accountant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review month-end reports to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Collaborate with department and project managers to provide financial guidance and analysis.
  • Work with the finance manager and external accountants to deliver year-end reporting and accounts.
  • Ensure financial processes are compliant with all relevant regulations.
  • Standardize and improve financial processes and reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the CFO.
Requirements:
  • Effective use of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and queries.
  • Clear communication with non-financial departmental managers.
  • Good understanding of financial principles and regulations.
