Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Projects Manager to join our team at Kin Vet Community. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading multiple strategic work streams to drive business growth, improve productivity, and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the c-suite, to identify project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery, leveraging expertise from across the organization.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and maintain a reporting suite to provide visibility into project status, highlighting concerns or setbacks, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and minimizing potential impacts.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record of leading projects at a strategic level, with experience working with business strategies and c-suite stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the veterinary industry or similar sectors, with a deep understanding of business operations and project management principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in project management tools and methodologies.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £45-55k per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: 25 days annual leave, increasing to 30 days, plus bank holidays, 4 weeks paid sabbatical, CPD allowances, private healthcare, and more.
