We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Projects Manager to join our team at Kin Vet Community. This is a full-time, permanent position that will be based remotely with occasional travel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with our c-suite and senior stakeholder teams to deliver multiple strategic work streams that drive change, improve productivity, and underpin commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the c-suite to identify project work streams, delivery timescales, and budgeting requirements.
  • Lead on translating strategic objectives into actionable projects and ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage and optimize resource allocation to ensure delivery success.
  • Create and implement a reporting/insights suite to provide visibility to leaders within the business.
  • Drive cost efficiencies and identify opportunities to enhance delivery.
  • Continuously manage and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with business strategies and c-suite level stakeholders.
  • Ideal experience within the veterinary or similar industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects at a high standard.
  • Excellent planning and execution skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

We offer a competitive salary of £45-55k per annum DOE, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, 4 weeks paid sabbatical, CPD allowances, and private healthcare.
