About the Role

Premier Christian Communications Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team. As a Housing Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable individuals with complex needs, including those experiencing homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing person-centred support and move-on planning.
  • Collect and chase up Service Charge payments, ensuring accurate tracking on our systems.
  • Conduct Health and Safety and fire checks, collaborating with colleagues to ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Requirements
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in supported living or residential care settings.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a full UK driving license.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate, with a preference for being on the DBS update service.
