Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
- Support the HR team in managing employee relations activities, including disciplinary processes and absence management.
- HR Support
- Provide HR support to employees and management, including answering HR-related questions and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data to identify trends and patterns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the HR Lead and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
