Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations
    • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and complaints in a fair and timely manner.
    • Support the HR team in managing employee relations activities, including disciplinary processes and absence management.
  • HR Support
    • Provide HR support to employees and management, including answering HR-related questions and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports and data to identify trends and patterns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the HR Lead and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
