Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse array of residential property transactions from initiation through to conclusion.
- Deliver specialized legal guidance on all facets of residential property legislation, encompassing sales, acquisitions, transfers, and leasing agreements.
- Perform meticulous due diligence, draft and assess legal documentation, and negotiate terms on behalf of clients.
