About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance the overall resident experience.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration, preferably in a residential property management setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
