We are a fast-growing online business that has successfully scaled multiple companies to 8-figure brands. Our current eCommerce platform has grown from $0 to $1M/Monthly Revenue in just 6 Months.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital PR Director to develop and execute marketing communications plans, build media relationships, create content, monitor PR results, evaluate partnership opportunities, and maintain industry awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics to enhance our brand's reputation and visibility.
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles, and keynote presentations.
  • Monitor, analyze, report, and communicate PR results on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
  • Manage crisis communications and respond to negative press.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in PR, preferably in an eCommerce or related industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong project management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience with crisis management and communications.
  • Strong experience in social media, digital marketing, digital communities, and eCommerce business.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing communications strategies and tactics.
  • Proficiency in creating compelling content for press releases, articles, and presentations.
  • Familiarity with media relations and ability to build and maintain contacts.
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing PR results and reporting on them.
  • Understanding of industry trends and ability to make strategic recommendations.
  • Crisis communication management skills.
  • Proficient in measuring and reporting the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Collaboration and coordination with various departments for consistent messaging.
  • Familiarity with partnership opportunities, sponsorships, and advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
