Job Role Overview

This role is responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing field services activities to ensure services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to service level agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage field services activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Work closely with other service functions in operations and engineering to ensure seamless execution of field services.
  • Ensure that all services provided to customers meet SLA performance levels.
  • Collaborate with experienced field engineers to ensure effective execution of field services.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Requirements

Experienced field engineer with a strong background in operations and maintenance (O&M) on BTS/RAN and microwave systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Ability to travel to various locations, including Birmingham, Leeds, and other areas as required.

Valid driver's license and ability to operate a 4x4 vehicle (desirable but not essential).
