Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our esteemed team at TQR Consultancy Ltd.

Objective:

The primary goal of this role is to optimize inventory fulfillment by effectively managing order quantities, central stock levels, and identifying underperforming suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing purchase orders.
  • Overseeing the availability of all active product lines, ensuring a target of 95% or higher.
  • Collaborating with the Procurement team to assess weekly performance metrics and pinpoint any challenges or opportunities in trading conditions.
  • Monitoring critical inventory items.
  • Ensuring adequate stock levels to support promotional initiatives.
  • Analyzing sales data and inventory levels, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicating with retail locations and suppliers through various channels.
  • Evaluating supplier performance in relation to delivery timelines.
  • Working alongside the Procurement team to review weekly performance metrics and identify any challenges or opportunities in trading conditions.
  • Alerting the trading team to suppliers who frequently fail to meet minimum order requirements.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective ordering schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • A degree in a business-related field is preferred but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Prior experience in a data-driven analytical role is advantageous.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
