Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide guidance to clients and conduct site assessments
  • Engage with various planning applications, including Listed Building Consents and Lawful Development Certificates
  • Support appeals and enforcement actions within the community

Additionally, you will gain invaluable experience in stakeholder engagement through committee meetings, community outreach, and policy formulation. This role emphasizes the importance of customer service and effective communication, allowing you to cultivate essential skills in the dynamic field of urban planning.
