Role Responsibilities:

In this position, you will:

  • Provide guidance to clients and conduct site assessments.
  • Engage with various planning applications, including Listed Building Consents and Lawful Development Certificates.
  • Support the appeals process and enforcement actions within the city.
  • Gain exposure to stakeholder engagement through community meetings and policy formulation.

This role also offers the unique opportunity to pursue a master's degree and work towards becoming a Chartered Town Planner.
